Cellfire E-coupons

Cellfire E-coupons are loaded directly to your store card. I use them at Safeway and Fred Meyers. I find that they work great because a lot of times you can still use regular coupons with them.

You will need to have your Safeway or Fred Meyers card numer in order to load them onto the card.
