This looks like a lot of fun. We have never been to the Airway Heights Racetrack . We have gone to the Stateline Speedway in Idaho and had a great time. John and I are talking about heading to this event after the coupon class on the 4th. It looks like a really fun way to kick off summer!

The Spokane County Raceway Super Oval hosts the thundering stock-car excitement of competing racers zooming around a half-mile, high-banked asphalt raceway, similar in size and shape to Bristol Motor Speedway. Witness more than 35 Super Late Model cars fight for inches in a high-performance, short-track nitro-opera. No assigned seating means early birds can sit close enough to hear the drivers exchange esoteric Shakespearean barbs. After the winner is crowned and the losers’ vehicles tarred and feathered, fans can visit the pits to meet their favorite drivers and request autographs. Concessions areas sell classic sporting-event fare, such as hot dogs and nachos, as well as beer and wine.
