Make It Monday - Toffee Bit Cookies

Ingredients

2 & 1/4 cups four

1 teas. baking soda

1/2 teas. salt

1/2 cup butter,softened(1 stick)

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 teas. vanilla

2 eggs

1 bag chocolate covered toffee bits(found in baking section of store)

Directions

Mix flour, baking soda and salt together. Set aside. Mix butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs together. Set aside. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Stir in toffee bits. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
