Reebok Easy Tone Class Action Settlement

This post brought to you by Reebok Settlement. All opinions are 100% mine.

I have never tried Reebok Easy Tone shoes but I know many of you have them. I wanted to let you know about a class action settlement that was brought to my attention.

If you purchased certain Reebok toning shoes from December 5, 2008 through October 12, 2011 you may be eligible to receive payment from a class action lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges that Reebok violated certain state laws regarding marketing and sales of toning shoes and apparel. Reebok denies all wrong doing. The court did not decide which side was right, instead the parties have decided to settle.

The eligible shoes include - Easy Tone, Run Tone, Jump Tone, Slim Tone, Easy Tone Flip, Train Tone and Simply Tone.

The eligible apparel includes - Easy Tone Capri, Easy Tone Shorts, Easy Tone Sleeveless Shirt, Easy Tone Pants, Easy Tone Long Bra Top and Easy Tone Short Sleeve Top.

Here is more information for you on this class action suit.
