Contact Paper

Contact Paper issues!

I need your help! I have been trying to use contact paper to line our kitchen shelves and cabinets. After a few days of attempting this I am pretty sure you need a PHD in order to put contact paper down and not have wrinkles or bubbles. I was wondering if anyone has any great tips on how to use contact paper.
