Thanks to Bzzagent I had the opportunity to try the new CoverGirl Outlast Lipstain. This lipstain is very different from anything I have used in the past. When you open the container it reminds you of a marker. You draw the color on to your lips. The information sent to me said that the color would not transfer, rub off or smudge. I of course had to test this out by kissing my husband on the cheek. He always complains that I leave lipstick smudges on his cheek when I kiss him. I was so excited that it did not smudge or rub off on his cheek. If you hate having to re-apply lipstick all day or feel like it is always rubbing off I would definitely suggest trying CoverGirl Outlast Lipstain!
