I thought I would share with all of you 1 of my favorite things. We love using the barbecue to make pizzas. They taste amazing and we do not have to heat the house up with the oven.

I make the dough using the basic recipe from  Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day: The Discovery That Revolutionizes Home Baking. This is the same recipe I use to make our home made bread. I use an organic wheat flour and love the way it tastes.

We just got in 2 Old Stone Pizza for Two 8 1/2 Inch Round Pizza Stones this week. Prior to this I have used 1 large stone and only been able to cook 1 pizza at a time. Last night I used the 2 pizza stones at the same time and the pizzas turned out amazing. It was so nice to be able to cook both pizzas at the same time and eat at the same time.
